Every family starts at our standard rate of $15 per hour (£11 in the UK). The actual rate depends on the subject, level and tutor experience. Specialist sciences or IB and A-Level tuition may sit above the standard rate, while core GCSE and IGCSE subjects are often closer to it. There are no packages to choose between: we total the sessions and hours used at the end of each month and bill only for that usage.
We do not use fixed packages. Families pay only for the sessions their child actually attends instead of committing to a set number upfront. If a student needs a heavier schedule during exam season, the agreed hourly rate stays the same; only the number of sessions and the monthly total change.
Yes, you can request a new tutor at any time at no extra cost. If the tutor-student fit is not working, contact our team and we will match your child with a different tutor, with no fee for switching.
Yes, every new family receives a free 30-minute trial before committing. You will meet your matched tutor, discuss learning goals and curriculum, and confirm the fit before booking a paid session.
Yes, groups of 2 to 4 students studying the same subject at a similar level can share a session at a reduced per-student rate. This works well for siblings or friends preparing for the same exam. Contact our team to arrange a group booking.
Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice to be fully refunded or moved free of charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the session fee because that time was reserved for the tutor.
